Deferred Disposition (DD)

If you request for Deferred Disposition is granted, you will be placed on a deferral period not to exceed 180 days.  During this time, you must comply with all terms and conditions set by the Court.

Probation Conditions

As a condition of your deferred disposition:

  • You must not receive any additional citations in the United States - this includes parking tickets - during the deferral period.
  • The Court may impose additional conditions in order to qualify for and successfully complete your Deferred Disposition.
  • All terms and conditions required to complete your deferral will be provided to you in writing by the Court.
  • You will required to read and sign the Deferred Disposition Request Form, acknowledging that you understand and accept all conditions.

If you are under the age of 25, completion of a State-approved Driving Safety Course will be required as part of your deferral.
